With Henna Pryor

Lexie,

Thanks so much for taking the time to chat with me about the Women’s Collective ERG (+ maybe another ERG or two) event this spring! It sounds like an incredible event.

I have included the session descriptions for The Changing Psychology of Influence talk and workshop, which I think will fit perfectly with the group and the theme of the event. As always, my team and I make customizations to ensure the audience has a tailored and personalized experience to resonate with what’s important to them today.

You’ll also find an overview of the kind of event experiences we’ve created for thousands of attendees in the last few years and our quote for the program.

Let’s set up another call in the near future to finalize the details. Look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks again!

A glimpse of Henna in action...

Keynote Session and Workshop Session

The Changing Psychology of Influence in the Modern Era: How to overcome resistance to move your ideas forward

In the modern era, the new psychology for creating new actions, influence, inspiration, and navigating through uncertainty has changed.  We need to take a new approach to create new actions in our teammates and in ourselves, negotiate, persuade prospects, have difficult conversations, and to maximize opportunities for partnership.

As women in a male-dominated industry, creating our desired action in others can feel even more difficult.

If you’ve ever found yourself facing resistance to your ideas – you’re not alone. Even when we have a great idea that will affect enormous change, we don’t always get the reaction – or action – we’re hoping for.

That’s because we spend the majority of our energy making our ideas and changes more compelling, more interesting, more attractive — pouring on the fuel — that we rarely discover the frictions that are working against us, and all humans have them.

In this interactive session, join 2x TEDx and Global Keynote Speaker, Author, and Workplace Performance Expert, Henna Pryor, to uncover and explore the 4 specific reasons why people resist change, and more importantly, concrete strategies to overcome them so we can move our ideas, initiatives, team members, prospects, and mission forward.

After this keynote, you’ll be able to:

  • Shift away from problem-solving to a more valuable strategy
  • Understand how being the “expert” is hurting your influence instead of helping
  • Position your idea from several new angles that increase trust and get the green light you need for people to say yes

Happy clients are saying...

“In my role as a corporate event manager, I research hundreds of speakers and work directly with more than 20 speakers each year for various conferences. Henna stood out beginning with our initial discovery call. [She]  has a beautiful and bright personality paired with a savvy business acumen and dynamic presentation skills. If you have the opportunity to partner with Henna, I encourage you to do so and feel confident that she’ll take great care of your audience!”

Brittany Sewell, Events Manager, Express Employment International

“Still buzzing! Our entire group continues to share positive sentiments. Thank you so much for an amazing session! I would highly recommend Henna speaking ANYWHERE to ANY audience!”

“Henna is one-of-a-kind to work with! She was a speaker for our Sales Leaders and had constant engagement and the most amazing feedback. For the rest of our meeting, everyone continued to use tactics and skills that Henna taught us in a very short time. She listened to her clients and delivers exactly and MORE! Thank you for being YOU, Henna!

The Experience

Working with Henna + her team

“She’s so on the ball – we keep hiring her!”

Meeting and event planners often call Henna one of the industry’s favorite speakers to work with! Why? Because she and her team are focused on the entire experience: Before, during and after the event.

PROMO & PREP

I’m committed to creating as many insights and a-ha moments as possible, which means I’m more than happy to do whatever I can to help get your attendees excited and prepared for the event. Whether it’s a personalized pre-event video or a podcast interview, I want to help get them thinking before they arrive.

For most events, I’m happy to provide you with:

  • Event promotional video(s)
  • Interview for blog posts or podcasts

Henna and her team also believe that a great keynote requires thoughtful preparation. That means truly understanding your audience, their unique challenges and desires, and customizing the presentation to ensure the message truly lands.

Before any event, Henna does the following:

  • Completes extensive pre-event research and on-site discussions with audience members
  • Customizes the presentation
  • Rehearses extensively to ensure no surprises

DURING THE EVENT

Unlike many speakers, I don’t bolt for the door to catch the earliest flight out. Why? Because I know that when attendees have the chance to interact with your keynote speakers, they’re able to get their questions answered and take more away from the event.

While I’m there, I’m happy to:

  • Organize a book signing
  • Do a breakfast executive roundtable
  • Attend cocktail hour
  • Participate on a panel/fireside chat
  • Conduct office hours

I love coming up with creative ways to add value to your event. What can I do to help you make it memorable for you? Let’s brainstorm.

AFTER THE EVENT

As an event organizer, I know how exhausting running an event can be. (And there’s never quite enough coffee!) That’s why my team and I want to ensure you have easy access to the necessary assets to make all your event follow-up, easy, fun, and memorable.

Within 48 hours of the event’s end, we’re happy to provide any of the following:

  • A custom handout with key takeaways from the program
  • A short reminder video to keep people focused and inspired when they get back to the office
  • A podcast interview or blog post interview about the event

The Investment

Our fee includes everything. Our proposals are all-inclusive (even the travel expenses are included!) That way, there are no surprises for anyone.

Your investment?

$XXX (To be finalized)

This includes:

  • One 90 minute in-person keynote and workshop presentation
  • Custom promotional video
  • Discounts on purchased books
  • Social media promotion
  • Ground transportation to/from Bala Cynwyd

Next Steps!

I have the date held on the calendar and am thrilled by the opportunity to present for the group!  I’d love to jump on another call with the team to brainstorm ideas, if you’d like to move forward.

Let me know what you think! Excited to hear from you.
