the WHY
Coaching comes from the world of sports and the arts, where athletes and actors receive coaching so that their lives will become extraordinary instead of just ok. Coaching gives people a secret weapon– a competitive edge in life that their un-coached peers do not enjoy.
Coaching takes people from good to great, from purposeless to passionate. It’s there to help people reach their higher callings and unlived lives, the lives they are not yet living because they are trapped in their own, isolated, self-critical egos. Coaching expands their world AND their leadership.
the WHAT
This program is by application only and will start late January/early February. It will be limited to 10 ambitious women who consider themselves emerging leaders.
For this program, we meet 3x a month:
- Session 1: TEACHING DAYS
(1 hour of learning content) - Session 2: SYNTHESIS DAYS
(1 hour small groups where we apply and work through what we learned) - Session 3: OFFICE HOURS
(45 minute optional – but recommended! – session to mastermind and workshop any “real time” leadership challenges and custom Q&A)

Finances are pretty tight. Can I really afford this?
The cost of this program is about as affordable as a weekend-long vacation. While a short vacation is nice, investing in coaching will allow you to create a more focused and strategic approach, so that you are living a life aligned with your purpose and passion. While this is definitely an investment to consider seriously, my clients tell me that continuing to spend 40+ hours a week in a place where they maximizing their potential to the fullest is what they really can’t afford.
How much time will it take each time we meet?
Our scheduled coaching calls will be 55 minutes. Implementing your work will happen throughout the week in your day to day life, between sessions, without setting aside any extra time.
I’ve worked with thousands of high achieving professionals, business leaders, and business owners over the years, coaching them to get clear on what’s holding them back, and to identify and break down blocks that have been tripping them up for a long time. As a result, the impossible becomes possible, potential paths become clear, and life satisfaction skyrockets. You do the work, but I’ll support you and hold you accountable to ensure you get there.
